MAXIFY GX5050 Every 10 pages exactly, flipping the page causes ink smudges

Hello,

When I print documents, every 10 pages exactly, when the tenth page is turned over to print on the back,the ink is smudged across the length of the page. What's strange is that it really is every tenth page (for example, the 2nd, 12th, 22nd, etc.), the other pages are fine with no smudges at all.

And it really happens during reversal because I opened the printer during printing and nothing was wrong, but when the back side was printed, the sheet came out and the front side was smudged.The top of the sheet seems to have been rubbed, which smudged the ink, and it stained the roller that spread the ink like a stamp.

I tried all the cleaning settings available in the printer menu, rubbed the visible part of the roller with a cloth with isopropanol mixed with water, but it didn't help.

If you have any idea how I could clean this roller, or if the problem is something else...
