Hello 👋,

I’m Obenson EDME, i’m living in Haiti 🇭🇹 and i have this Canon printer for my business.
My problem, one of my associates changed the default 🆔 and PIN and now he forgot it.
could you please help me to reset it because i can do copy but for add new network I can’t because we change the location in Haiti and network change.
please I’m waiting for you and pray for Haiti 🇭🇹, country very bad for now.

Hi please,

May I ask you if it's possible to factory reset the printer without knowing its ID and PIN. Having the same problem.

Our wifi jas changed and it has stopped printing now..

Hi, i have solved it.

The ID and also PIN. Is universal 7654321.

And then its unlocked

My Canon printer MF753 cdw did not accept 7654321 as the PIN. It did accept it as the ID.
