The printer is 2 years old, has less than 200 pages printed and will only spit out blank pages...even the Windows test page is blank. The (original factory supplied) cartridges show black at 70% and the others at 30%. I run W11 and connect via USB. I also have the machine on my network, but don't use that as a print method...but it works to update the firmware.

Barring a hardware issue, blank pages usually means there's an issue with the drivers.

Does the copy function work. Does the device print what's being copied?

Since the copy function is not printing, I suggest you contact Canon support. Your printer has a 3-year warranty, they will be able to troubleshoot the issue with you
