      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those have been installed. I initially use the Master Setup to install machine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings RND,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I saw your other post, but have had family in town.&amp;nbsp; Sorry I couldn't reply sooner.&amp;nbsp; This issue was introduced by Microsoft when they released build 24H2.&amp;nbsp; The solution I'll outline has been successful for many users.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As long as you've installed the drivers Stephen mentioned above you have what you need.&amp;nbsp; Here are the additional steps that should get scanning working for you again.&amp;nbsp; Please read the entire post.&amp;nbsp; You are going to reinstall the device drivers for the MF650C series under the +Imaging devices heading in Device Manager.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bring up Device Manager, (right click on the Start Menu, select Device Manager from the context menu).&amp;nbsp; Expand +Imaging devices, then right click your device.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;(Note)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;You may have more than one entry.&amp;nbsp; If you do, you will need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;disable both.&amp;nbsp; If not, just the one entry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Canon&amp;nbsp;MF650C Series. Important &amp;gt; right click on the device entry and click Disable Device.&amp;nbsp; Then right click on it again and select Browse my computer for drivers, then select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. A browse for drivers dialog will appear.&amp;nbsp; Your printer/scanner should be in the list, make sure it is selected, then click Next.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It should say "Windows has successfully updated your drivers". Make sure you do this for &lt;STRONG&gt;all&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the devices listed there.&amp;nbsp; Once complete, close the dialog and Device Manager.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please retest the MF Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; Please post your results.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
