&lt;P&gt;Can you share the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did scanning work previously or is this a new issue? Did something change?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is the printer connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
