Hello,

If you are able to scan using Windows scan, the printer should be connected and working. In this situation, you can try checking the settings in the MF scan utility and the scanner selector. When the scan utility is open, you can check the selector at the top to see if it is set to the MF753 or if it is set to the MF753 network. If it is set to the network option, you can check the scanner selector to see if the MAC address for the scanner is selected.

If you are unable to locate or open either of the programs, I suggest downloading and installing the recommend downloads from our site.

I am having issues with trying to scan to Windows 11. I have installed and uninstalled programs several time with no luck. I can print wireless from the same computer without issue. I receive the below message whether scanning from the touchscreen or the scan utility.

I have the same problem. I downloaded windows scan and it works, but it cannot scan both sides of the paper through the feeder. So it is a temporary fix.
