    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning, thank you again for your advice. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to print to the users scan folder location on our NAS. I tried creating a test folder (Created a network share with correct permissions) and copied your details but I still received Error 804 from the Canon scanner.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jheredia_0-1755180031447.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/69300iC367856A8B04BE94/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jheredia_0-1755180031447.png" alt="jheredia_0-1755180031447.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent quite a bit of time on this and should probably move on (I'm going to connect this user via USB) However, I'd like to try and get some more information on why I could possibly be receiving this error (sorry my IT brain can't help it.) In our environment, we use NAS's for data backup but also to store users scanned files. We have Kyoceras, Ricoh's, etc setup which all send scanned files to respective folders (the 192.168.0.8 address in my first post.) My first thought is that this is a GPO issue but I couldn't find anything there that could be preventing what I'm trying to do. My 2nd thought is that Canon is trying to authenticate with specific credentials that I'm not correctly providing. I've tried a few different credentials from admin to the local user to my own info but I still get the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I probably need a better understanding of permissions when it comes to network printers and how Canon exists on a domain but I feel like this process shouldn't be much different from me setting up a Ricoh, Kyocera or HP for this purpose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a security setting in AD/Entra/Defender that I could possibly be missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble setting up the Scan to Folder feature for a team member. I've followed the guide for my printer but when I try to scan a document to the users's folder, I get error #804. Below is how I have my setup configured in RemoteUI:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The error indicates a problem with the path or folder permissions.&amp;nbsp; If you're going to use an IP address in the path make sure the destination has a static IP assigned, otherwise use the FQDN.&amp;nbsp; You don't need the suffix.&amp;nbsp; See my image.&amp;nbsp; Does the folder in the path have a comma and apostrophe&amp;nbsp; \,Scans'\ ?&amp;nbsp; I'd probably avoid that to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use my images a guide.&amp;nbsp; You don't have anything listed in the folder path and you have the path in the hostname field. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
