    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I urgently require assistance, my ink (colour) is running low, however can I default to printing in black and white?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also have a document that has been stuck and I tried to delete however it is still stuck since 27/07 and I cannot remove it .I tried to cancel it / delete it seems to be stuck, how can I remove this document and if possible can I still print in black and white until i replace my colour ink.&lt;BR /&gt;thank you - look foward to a favourable response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Maxify 2140 does not appear to be a printer supported by Canon USA.&amp;nbsp; I believe it is intended for sale in Africa and the Middle East.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can control what cartridges the printer uses for printing by changing the &lt;STRONG&gt;ink cartridge settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the maintenance menu.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using Windows you can remove a failed document from the print queue by stopping and restarting the &lt;STRONG&gt;Print Spooler&lt;/STRONG&gt; service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can receive support for your product by contacting Canon support in the country or region where you live.&lt;/P&gt;
