    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have a Maxify GX4020 (firmware 4.030) which is connected to my LAN via an ethernet cable. I can connect to the printer just fine from my various devices. I have also confirmed that the network drop does have internet access. However, when I try to run&amp;nbsp;the Firmware update from the printer screen, I get this error message: &lt;EM&gt;"Cannot connect to the internet. Check the wireless router settings"&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
