    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with a supervisor at Canon today, and she finally admitted that the printer must be defective&lt;BR /&gt;fortunately still was in the #Warranty. So she is filing a warranty claim to get me a replacement printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MAXIFY GX6021 keeps freezing on double printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the GX 6021 since day one when I got the printer back in January if I try to double print more than two pages the printer freezes hard and I literally have to unplug it from the surge protector. Wait a minute and plug it back in. I tried calling support on this and they were no help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any ideas or information are greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We are going to need some additional information.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please tell us the version and build of the OS you are using the printer with?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How it the printer connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What drivers or utilities did you install?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is a link to the product's support portal.&amp;nbsp; This way you can tell us exactly what was installed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 2 devices i use to connect to the printer my msi laptop running&amp;nbsp;Windows 11, version 24H2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my iphone 16 pro max os version 18.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the printer is connected to my network wifi via my netgear nighthawk router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i use the cannon application on both laptop and iphone to print my files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes i can print single sided pages no limit , the problem seems to be double sided printing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can do max 2 pages double sided printing. after that the printer freezes hard and i have to unplug from surge protecter and plug back in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only drivers and utilities installed are during installation of canon software, dujring printer installation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
