topic Word Alignment Issue MX920 in Office Printers

Had this printer about 2 weeks, been fine. Printed about 30 sheets of text out. Ink is over half full in all tanks.

All of a sudden the printer misaligns about 15 or 20 characters about every 3 inches down only on the left side. I've cleaned it, including the deep clean, ive done automatic and manual alignment. nothing works. What I did do is change my print quality to high, now it doesn't do it but on the other two settings it does. What it does instead now is where it prints on that left side is extra dark compared to the rest of the page.

Any ideas?

Thanks
