printer prints from wrong tray

Keep trying to print some coupons from redplum.com - printer wants to keep trying to print from the upper cassette, which is not the right size and has no paper in it. I'm using a Mac OS 10 with Safari 9

I have checked and double-checked my paper default setting it letter size. It only started doing this once I tried to print from my MacBook. I print from my iPhone all the time.

Using PX922 printer

Help please?

Hello.

The printer will feed from the upper tray if a smaller size has been specified. Open the Page Setup menu in your software and make sure that the Letter paper size has been chosen.
