topic MX870 auto duplex always jams in Office Printers

When I try to make a 2-sided copy using the auto duplex function on my MX870, the first side of the copy prints fine but then every time the printer pulls the page back in to copy the second side, the paper jams going back in.

What could be causing this?

Hello.

Check to make sure that you are using new sheets of standard plain paper before performing the printouts. You may experience issues when speciality or previously used sheets of paper are used.

If the issue persists, find more help at Contact Us.
