      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cannon IJ Network Scan Utility is in my " add/ remove programs", but date installed is the only thing filled; publisher, size, and version are blank. I can't access it, or do anything. Please help. Thanx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;GOT IT!&lt;BR /&gt;go to cannon.com/cusa/home&lt;BR /&gt;support&lt;BR /&gt;drivers/downloads&lt;BR /&gt;enter model and choose from dropdown&lt;BR /&gt;forget what is in your face (recommended download), and look for the four boxes, side by side. First is downloads, NEXT IS SOFTWARE; CLICK.&lt;BR /&gt;go down to MP Navagator and get er done!&lt;BR /&gt;yours truly,&lt;BR /&gt;Stupid&lt;/P&gt;</description>
