topic FAXPHONE L100 - Printing twice? in Office Printers

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’ve been experiencing with my Canon printer (purchased in 2019).

Every time I try to print a document, the printer does the following:

It prints the first page normally.

Then, an error message appears on the printer or computer.

I have to click “Resume” to continue.

After that, it prints a second copy of the same page.

This happens every single time, regardless of the document I’m printing. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of ink and paper. I’ve checked for paper jams and tried restarting the printer, but nothing has helped so far.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for posting!

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Canon FAXPHONE L100 has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the product or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern fax machine. You can reach out to our sales team, they're available weekdays at 800-385-2155.
