&lt;P&gt;If the printer was added to the list using the IP address, it will usually mean the scanner driver is not connected to the MF654. To resolve the issue, you can try downloading and installing the scanner driver and utility from our site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf654cdw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. The setup would need to detect the scanner to connect the scanner driver to the MF654.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue today with my computer not recognizing my printer. I removed the printer, restarted the computer, and reinstalled the printer using the IP address because it would not detect it via wifi. That worked great. Then I tried to use the scanner and cannot detect the scanner. I downloaded the IJ Scanner Utility and it also cannot connect to the scanner. I tried to scan directly from the printer to the computer, but it saying that there is not a computer connected. I'm at a loss on what to do.. I'm using the Color Imageclass MF654Cdw. I bought it only 2 weeks ago and it was working until today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
