Hello,

The issue that you are describing points to a connection issue. In this situation, I suggest trying another USB cable, a different port, or check the cable connection on both sides to make sure they are secure. If you continue to run into issues, I suggest contacting support directly at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can check the connection and hardware to see what is going on.

Hello! I have a MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.7.6 and a brand-new ImageClass D570 printer. I installed the driver and plugged in a USB cable. I pressed print, and mostly nothing happened. The dialogue box said the printer was connected and printing, but it wouldn't print. Then when I unplugged/plugged in the USB cable the machine started printing. Then when I tried printing again, it wouldn't work. Anyone know what's going on?
