    <description>&lt;P&gt;The scanner bar has become disconnected from the belt on my printer. Because of this, the printer immediately goes into error mode upon startup and can't be used. The belt moves as expected upon startup. The printer is only 2 weeks old so this is definitely frustrating. Seems like an easy fix but I don't want to start tearing it down myself until I get some input.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Best advice, return for an exchange.&amp;nbsp; You don't want to start taking things apart. The printer has a 3-year warranty and you don't want to deal with that either.&amp;nbsp; Return it and get one that's working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
