    <description>&lt;P&gt;No one knows the System manager ID and PIN in our office.&amp;nbsp; I tried the default 7654321 and it does NOT WORK!&amp;nbsp; I tried calling support and it says&amp;nbsp; no one is in call back tomorrow!&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
