    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, the issue sounds like a problem with the hardware and the printer needs service. You can try removing all of the toner cartridges and checking the paper path for any loose toner powder. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a small chance that there is a problem with the program/ document or the driver you are using. You can try a duplex copy from the glass to see if you run into the same issue. If you do not, I suggest downloading and installing the latest version of the driver from our Canon USA support site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf455dw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Good Day, I'm trying to get some help. When I try to use the top tray on my Imageclass MF455 DW Printer to print back and front, I side print good and the other side comes out fully black. The other side of the print is completely blacked out. Can I get some help in solving this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
