    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently downloaded the Scan Utility and was able to scan documents successfully, however, when i try to scan double sided documents it will not work.&amp;nbsp; I have clicked the double sided option under settings.&amp;nbsp; I went into the scan mode, but it is only giving me the platen option, no auto feeder.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how to fix this and have searched everyway I know how to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
