&lt;P&gt;If the printer is unable to move past the loading screen, it will mean there is something wrong with the hardware or the printer is not getting enough power.&amp;nbsp;You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source, and you can try turning it on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have issues, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check for available service options or contact support by logging into your MyCanon account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
