We are largely very happy with our new Canon imageclass machine, but are wondering if anyone knows how to alleviate one pain point for our staff. Our previous printer (xerox workcentre) allowed us to choose a destination email and scan multiple, separate documents to that email without having to reselect the destination each time. It would reset the destination after a certain period of inactivity. Does anyone know how we can accomplish the same thing with this Canon? I was able to at least create a favorited setting in the general screen that auto-populates the destination email we use most frequently. But we still have to return to home screen and then re-select that favorited setting before being able to scan.
