Canon Image Class MF653Cdw is printing big black streaks after changing toner

I just changed the black toner on my MF653Cdw. I have changed it once before with no issues. However, immediately after changing it, all printed pages have thick black lines on every page.

I used genuine Canon toner and also cleaned the fixing assembly and ITB. I have not moved or made any menu changes. Note that the lighter color marks inside the drawing is actually blue maker. The problem is the sets of 2 black lines regularly spaced across the left side.

This printed has had lots of problems since I bought it in January!
