    <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed brand new Canon-branded 051 Toner and Drum cartridges in my MF267dw ii. Counterfeit errors appeared, preventing me from printing. I updated firmware, ran the cleaning function, cleaned all metal connections, power cycled the printer, and performed a factory reset. These errors are still appearing. There is no option to turn off Genuine Mode. This printer is only a few months old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To add to this... I was using a Canon-branded toner cartridge and a third party drum before the errors and it was working perfectly fine. The errors then randomly appeared one day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
