topic imageCLASS LBP622Cdw - print error due to 'no paper in tray in Office Printers

Hello! I have tried just about everything to get my printer to print, it was perfectly fine days ago and no settings have been changed.

I am running into an issue where it seems that my printer cannot 'see' the paper in the tray, and even when the tray is full it reads "No paper in tray" and when I go to print a media file (same exact file as days ago) it gives an error. The error does not have any context or note and I cannot seem to find any tutorials online. I have not updated any drivers or changed a single thing since it printed this past weekend.

What I have tried so far:
- I have removed the paper tray

- Checked for jammed paper

-Hard reset the printer

-Reset the wifi

-Ran the ITB and Fixing Assembly clean cycles (three times)

I am reaching a point of frustration and hope to learn how to either fix the paper reading issues or clean the paper tray.

Thank you so much for your help!
