    <description>&lt;P&gt;My canon Maxify 7021 is connected to my home network. I run Mac’s. The printer has recently been showing printer is in use continuously and will not print. It is found by the system and I can hear the ping. The scan utility does scan at the printer. Ink levels are full, and the maintenance cartridge is new. &amp;nbsp;It does appear that the black ink level on the utility is not correct after refreshing the printer with a full black bottle. Is there something I can do or check?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
