The printer has recently been showing printer is in use continuously and will not print. It is found by the system and I can hear the ping. The scan utility does scan at the printer. Ink levels are full, and the maintenance cartridge is new. &nbsp;It does appear that the black ink level on the utility is not correct after refreshing the printer with a full black bottle.
