topic imageCLASS MF232w Unable to scan in Office Printers

<P>I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64MB with imageCLASS MF232W printer/scanner, but I cannot get the scan part to work. I do not remember if there was a CD with purchase, but I've had to replace the hard drive on the computer I use and reinstalled software to be able to print, but when I visit the Canon site to try to download software wirelessly it takes me to a screen that has what looks like a cloud that has salesforce written inside of it. Then it asks for my user name and password, but does not accept any username/password combo that I have on file. I'd really like to be able to use the scan function, so I'd appreciate any advice you're willing to give. I was able to download software using a USB cable, but that requires that the USB remain plugged in, but this doesn't work for me in the way my office is set up. Thank you!</P>
