Greetings! I'm sorry that I am being dense. I am stuck trying to finish the setup on my new Canon LBP247dw printer. I'm on page 5, section 8 of the manual that came with the printer. Specifying the Network settings. I can find the network but beyond that I'm not sure what I need to do to finish the setup. I can't enter a number (the network ID is a number), and the choices I have are either symbols or letters. I've tried multiple times and ways to get to numbers but I can't. I've stopped the set up there. Help!

Hi again. Not only can I not understand the manual, I can't access support because I can't register the printer, even though I did find the SN and it is 4 letters followed by 6 numbers, just like the Canon instructions say. I'm very, very frustrated over this. It's no wonder why this printer is returned so often.

I called and got a hold of support which was GREAT. The lady online helped me through every painful step. My personal knowledge of printers and how to set them up is poor, but at the end the printer worked great on all of my devices. THANK YOU.
