      <description>&lt;P&gt;I turned it ott for 1/2 hour. Turned it back on, to no avail. When looking at the Print Queue, it buffers for a long time and then says ERROR. Even if I try to print a test page. HELP !!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to do a factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
