The printer works fine, but I am unable to get the scanner to communicate with my laptop via USB cable. I spent 1/2 day on the phone either waiting to speak to an agent or speaking with them twice now and neither were able to help. The drivers and software were downloaded and installed many times by each of the techs and still not working. Can ANYONE help me with this issue? Is the scanner on this printer windows 11 compatible? If yes, how do I get it to work?
