I have a Canon ImageCLASS MF217w printer. I had a paper jam in the tray feed and had to use some pulling on the paper to remove it. In doing so, I may have misaligned the paper feed rollers. I suspect this because when scanning from the tray feeder, the resulting image is divided into two or more views with its scanned info in different divided positions on the sheets. However, when scanning from the platen glass, the resulting image is perfect. Is there a reset or a fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.
