      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have an Image Class MF229dw. I use it rarely (still on my first replacement toner cartridge). I only use the printer function by plugging the cable into my laptop USB, I do not use it wirelessly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been working fine. However, today it will not print. If I try to print a pdf I get the print layout screen and then a pop-up message: "Error while printing."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to print a Word doc, nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The copying works fine. I reinstalled the driver but still not working. Any suggestions or do I need a new printer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
