    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;​Hi,&amp;nbsp; I've had a Canon D1620&amp;nbsp; printer for a few years now with no issues, but all of sudden, as of about 2-3 weeks&amp;nbsp;ago, the Duplex (double-sided) scanning is no longer available, only single-sided works.&amp;nbsp; I've researched several things that could be causing it but nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the most current update to this copier and it still doesn't work.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;What could be causing this issue?&amp;nbsp; The main reason why I chose this copier was for its ability&amp;nbsp;to scan double&amp;nbsp;sided documents, so it's very frustrating&amp;nbsp;to not have this work anymore.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
