after updating my MF4270, each time I print a page it draws up another page and asks to load correct page. I am loading correct page which I correctly specified in the printer setting.

I am trying to reset MF4270 hoping it might fix the issue. I haven't found a way to factory-reset MF4270 anywhere.

Does anyone know how to do it?

Also, I attempted to update firmware again but it refused saying that it is not necessary. Anyway to force-update the firmware?
