I'm not sure If I understand your issue or question. Can you please rephrase your question?

If the printer indicates the drawer is still open, it may not be aligned or properly inserted.

The drawer is closed, but the machine says to close all drawers, all drawers are closed

It then says to load paper, paper is loaded

I understand now. If you have checked and verified the alignment and feel the drawer is properly inserted, contains paper, etc , I would suggest contacting Canon Support.

Start by registering the printer in your MyCanon Account. Then call 1-800-652-2666. The printer has a 3 yr warranty.
