My scanner will not scan and shows in sleep mode in the RemoteUI site. The printer and fax both show as ready. I have an ethernet connection setup. It shows the computer on the printer when I have an option to select where to scan to on the display, but gives me the following error: "Cannot communicate with the scanner. The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off. Check the scanner status and try again. Scanner driver will be terminated." This displays on the computer after trying to send the scan from the scanner using the display on the machine. I have reinstalled the most updated driver and can't figure this out. Suggestions?
