      <title>New ImageCLASS D570 printer not printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I setup and installed drivers on a new ImageCLASS D570 Laserjet printer and was able to get it to print once or twice with a bit of trouble.&amp;nbsp; It is plugged in to a usb cable and has connection to a wireless router.&amp;nbsp; I sent a test document to print and it sends to the queue but doesn't print.&amp;nbsp; The queue reads "Printing - Sending data to printer" and the printer says "Processing/Data" (green light blinking).&amp;nbsp; Screen on printer says "Printing".&amp;nbsp; I've removed and re-added the printer and the same thing happens.&amp;nbsp; I've tried 3 different printing cables.&amp;nbsp; Working on a MacBook Pro, OS 13 - Ventura.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also tried another computer.&amp;nbsp; Added drivers from CD ROM this time.&amp;nbsp; File sends to queue and sits there.&amp;nbsp; USB cable plugged in and printer port is identified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
