    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Stephen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. I'm on Windows and went to check on the drivers. I decided to just eliminate the printer and then re-add it. That worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, thanks and my problem is solved. Until next time...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>GX4000 stuck on upper rear feed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Canon Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help me. I'm soooooooooo frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was so proud of myself because I successfully printed window envelopes. Hurrah! However, now I can't get the printer to go back to the main feed cartridge. I've tried everything, watched a zillion videos, etc. And, we cannot find the password to access restricted actions, including reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've logged into my account on the canon website but can't find a place to re/set my password for the printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any/all help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
