      <title>I can't setup my new ImageCLASS MF653Cdw</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so frustrated.&amp;nbsp; I purchased this printer, just wanting a reliable laser printer.&amp;nbsp; I had no idea it was considered "business" and you have to have a computer expert/system administrator.&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded all the manuals and have searched how to set things up, but I think all I've done is mess things up further (I'm 70 and not up-to-date on new products).&amp;nbsp; Canon has not responded to my online support requests (multiple).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are my problems:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; I tried to download the drivers, but they kept disappearing.&amp;nbsp; I would download and install them, and I would get a green "Complete", but the next time I went online to the available drivers, all the drivers appeared again.&amp;nbsp; When I originally went to downloads available, the screen said I needed 8 drivers, which I was told was more than a new machine should require.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; I can't get the scanning function to work.&amp;nbsp; I have gone through the manual where they have you jump to many different sections, but nothing I do connects the scanner to my computer. It was easy to get the printer connected to my computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; This morning I needed to copy a dark document, and I discover there is no readily available setting to lighten the copy.&amp;nbsp; I can adjust the sharpness and color balance, but not the lightness.&amp;nbsp; Again, the manual does not even have (a section for this.&amp;nbsp; (I searched for "lighten").&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I have a new expensive printer that Canon will not support and I wish I could just throw it away and get a printer that is made for ordinary people.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated so much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm so sorry you're having such a difficult time getting your printer setup properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At this point, I recommend calling tech support so they can go over everything with you in depth. They can not only walk you through the printer's installation but also verify that it's working.&lt;/P&gt;
