I had two jobs that failed to print so I tried to cancel them. Now I have two "canceled" jobs in the spooler that won't clear. The jobs were simply printing out a 4-page PDF. I tried deleting the spooler but got an error message that I can't do that while&nbsp; job is in process. (That's one of the recommended ways to clear to spooler.)&nbsp; Also tried to reboot the system and the printer. No joy.
