&lt;P&gt;I see you have a static IP address set on the printer.&amp;nbsp; Did you reserve this IP address on your router? Or just took what the router assigned it and tried to make it static by disabling DHCP on the printer?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please ensure you answer the question above accurately.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the printer installed on the Mac as an IP printer and using 192.168.48.2?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After scanning, are you able to ping the printer's IP address.&amp;nbsp; Does it reply?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>After scanning via e-mail, Canon MF463dw printer won't print from MacOS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue with our&amp;nbsp;Canon MF463dw device (latest firmware) with one of my client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Casually if they print with IP and with the latest Canon installed drivers (UFR II/UFRII LT Printer Driver &amp;amp; Utilities for Mac V10.19.20 [macOS 10.14.6 - macOS 15.2]), with the latest MacOS version (macos 15.3.1 Sequoia) everything is fine and working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scan via email function is working too and sending the file in the mail inbox. There is no error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when they want to print again after the scan the printer and the MacOS printer spooler also show a similar error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the printer: "Waiting (file name)..." and nothing happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MacOS printer spooler: "Waiting for printer to process the job" or something like that, and nothing happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After we restart the printer it is printing again, like nothing happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The printed files are not large max. 2 MB (PDF invoices)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The network is good, the canon device is connected with lan-cable (the macbook connected with wifi)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We tested with the same files. First it is printing but after the scan via email function it is not printing&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We printing it from Google Chrome&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;There is no error in the machine's local IP's platform only the 852 and the 099 error message, which is basically saying that the job is&amp;nbsp; cancelled due to an unexpected shutdown&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Cause&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;An error occurred because the main power was turned OFF due to an unspecified cause while a job was being processed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The error is happening with different Macbooks as well&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I tried to use different drivers as well. Both AirPrint and the latest driver from Canon with IP. It is the same error.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Also used PS but has the same error message&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Only the scan from email function frooze the spool, but if I try with the built in macos scan software it is working well&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I already reset the canon machine once&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently jumped in the Mac world a couple of months ago, I was handling Windows devices so might be some really obvious Mac-hack, but cannot find a solution for this one.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the DHCP pool starting from 192.168.48.100 - 199 and this static IP address is just for the machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tested this by turning it off and on the printer while pinging and of course there was no ping response until I turned it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the printer installed on the Mac as an IP printer and using 192.168.48.2?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- Currently yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After scanning, are you able to ping the printer's IP address.&amp;nbsp; Does it reply? - Yes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
