Imageclass MF6160dw wont stop printing 2 sided

I just set up my printer yesterday and can not get it to stop trying to print double sided and every time it prints (trying 2 sided) it jams. I have gone into my printer properties and designated everything to be 1 sided, I tried printing several things today, the first few prints were single sided and worked fine, the next time I tried to print it again was trying to print 2 sided and jams continuously. This is so frustrating................

I tried in many diff ways still not fix yet..

hopefully some tech from canon put the answer out here

I know this was years ago but i wanted to reply because i have the same problem, i got paper jammed inside the reverse tray and is not visible in any way, it prints on one side but if i try two sided printing, the moment it try to suck up the paper to reverse the sheet to print to other side i got a paper jam error, i know it has paper stuck in the reverse tray because i saw how it got stucked and i cannot take out
