Hello,

In the print window on the Mac, you can click on the drop down for the paper size. In the list of paper sizes that are available, the last option will be for custom. A window will come up that lets you enter the dimensions for the paper. You can set the width to 6inches and the height to 9 inches. For help checking the drivers or see what might be causing the specific paper setting error code, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.

Each time I try and load paper into either the rear or manual tray, the UI pop's up with a paper mismatch and asks me to confirm what the paper is, and gives me a pre-set list to choose from.

How do I create a custom paper size to add to this list? I've looked through the UI, the web UI, the canon inkjet smart connect app, but can't find it. The custom paper size I want is 6x9 ( half of s 9x12 craft paper sheet ). One of the selling points was the manual feed at the rear that was supposed to let you print on thick paper sizes other printers can't handle.

Using Mac OS X 14.2.1 (Sonoma)
