      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a new MF455dw printer / scanner and the&amp;nbsp;while the scanner worked when I set it up, it will not connect to the computer today.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have reinstalled the drivers, have an active remove UI panel open.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; CANNOT GET SUPPORT anywhere for guidance.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can anyone offer suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please share the operating system (version and build) you're using the printer with? Also, how is the printer connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
