      <title>imageCLASS MF743Cdw - scanner won't connect.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer &amp;amp; scanner have been working for a couple years.&amp;nbsp; Recently upgraded desktop PC HDD to a SSD. Therefore a fresh Win11 install. All apps &amp;amp; data was stored on OneDrive, so no changes to what had been used.&amp;nbsp; Printer did a BIOS upgrade.&amp;nbsp; Installed s/w .&amp;nbsp; Printer work just fine. Scanner won't connect, though the PC is shown in the list when asking to scan to computer.&amp;nbsp; Same whether initiated from PC or from Printer.&amp;nbsp; Tried to install as a USB connected printer/scanner - never completed.&amp;nbsp; Ethernet or wifi fails same way.&amp;nbsp; Need some ideas or a solution.&amp;nbsp; Installed on laptop also &amp;amp; get same failure.&amp;nbsp; Double checked for current drivers and yes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have 3 PC's here, 2 laps, 1 desk.&amp;nbsp; All 3 already had the 24h2 update already installed (12/10/24).&amp;nbsp; None will connect to the Canon scanner (printing is fine). Neither of the other 2 will connect to the Brother either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both printer/scanners had been working with the 3 PC's for quite some time.&amp;nbsp;The desk &amp;amp; 1 laptop were recently refreshed software wise - fresh win11 &amp;amp; apps re-installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
