Seriously, all I want to do is clean the rollers. I go here: https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0632-zz-SS-enUV/contents/03015000.html. The problem is this "Select the machine by clicking [icon] in the system tray." The icon isn't in the system tray, and I can't get anything to show up in the system tray. I'm on Windows and it's an LPB6030 I only bought last year and I'm about to pitch the thing to find a more reliable brand. Any suggestions?

If the icon is missing from the system tray and you can't perform the roller cleaning using the driver window, it will usually mean the wrong driver is being used with the printer. The roller cleaning options in the driver window and system tray icon you are referring to, should install with the driver. In this situation, you can try downloading and installing the latest driver using the link HERE. It should be the first item in the list and should have RECOMMENDED above it.
