The info at the top of the page, including the Costco logo was normal. As was the banner at the bottom of the page. But the text of the email message was not what was on my monitor. I tried again - same result. I printed the page on my Canon ImageCLASS, and the missing text printed. I tried again on the Maxify, and the text again was absent. I checked again for another firmware update, but I have the latest version.
