Recently moved. Previously my PC and printer were connected USB to USB. I cannot locate that cord. I found a cord that has the USB plug to the PC and a square plug for the printer. I can use the printer to copy, but when I try to print it puts an error message on the printer that reads "out of paper." I checked the PC/Printer settings and it is set to print to tray 1, which has paper. I cannot understand why when I copy something it detects paper, but when I try to print, it doesn't.

I had the same problem after I updated my operating system to KB5051987 (24H2). Uninstalled the update, and it works fine again.
