    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RG_574,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using your GX2020 wirelessly?&amp;nbsp; If so, maybe disabling IPv6 on your printer would resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp; Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn your MAXIFY GX2020 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Press the HOME button one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your printer's display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Tap the Advanced button in the lower right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Tap TCP/IP settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Tap IPv6.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Tap Yes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Tap Enable/disable IPv6.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; Tap Disable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11.&amp;nbsp; "Processing..." will appear.&amp;nbsp; When the menu reappears, please turn your GX2020 off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;12.&amp;nbsp; Please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;13.&amp;nbsp; Wait about 3 minutes and reconnect the power cord to your back of your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;14.&amp;nbsp; Once your wireless network is back online, please turn your GX2020 back on and attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Brand new MAXIFY GX2020 won't print certain pages from Gmail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when printing an email from GMAIL, the job gets stuck in the queue, doesn't print, and then of course blocks all subsequent jobs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to restart the job in the queue doesn't do anything and that job and all subsequent jobs must be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes after doing this, jobs other than the one that stuck will then print if I send them again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other times, I have to run the Windows troubleshooter to fix it, or turn the darn thing off and on again before it will print &lt;STRONG&gt;anything&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless, the problem email will NEVER print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The latest one I encountered has a screengrab in it, (copied and pasted into the email) but other similar emails print just fine&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Printing it to a pdf, and then printing that pdf, works.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Printing most other GMAILs works fine.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is INCREDIBLY annoying.&amp;nbsp; The time sink in getting around it is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else run into this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CANON FOLKS - WTF?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA - Richard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
